Solution One:

Detailed by Don Casey

Don Casey's approach to a possible solution is to better educate the working class of the Americas who are getting outsourced by artificial intelligence and help them get jobs that can't be replaced. Dentsply Sirona has created some programs for new employees, people getting pushed out, and anyone who wants to learn more and move up in the company. He firmly believes this one of the ways lower-skilled laborers will find more sustainable jobs and be less likely fired due to budget cuts and the inevitable movement towards more artificial intelligence.

Solution Three:

Detailed by Kai-Fu Lee

Kai-Fu Lee had the most extreme and elaborate possible solution to the problem. He thinks eventually AI will outsource all low-skilled jobs in the car manufacturing industry and push human laborers out indefinitely. He believes that upper-level management in companies values saving money and increasing production over saving a couple more jobs and being morally right. Using artificial intelligence can save companies up to 15% and increases efficiency to 10%. These numbers are too hard to ignore and so he really doesn't see an outcome or solution where jobs can be saved and companies don't save money. "Its inevitable"

Solution Two:

Detailed by James Charles:

James Charles, who is very familiar with these issues, sees no possible outcome everyone's jobs can be saved. He believes that artificial intelligence cuts costs too much and speeds us production to such an extent that it can't be ignored. "Either grow and adapt to the competition and new reality/world we live in or die." But he does see a future at Ford where many jobs can be saved people there is a human aspect at companies where they don't want to be surrounded by machines. Also, he hinted at the fact that if he replaces all of his human workers with artificial intelligence, eventually his job will become obsolete.

Solution Four:

Detailed by Constantine V. Alexos

After all of my research, conversations, and deliberation I have come to the conclusion that a possible solution to saving millions of jobs across the world and helping lower-skilled laborers not get replaced by artificial intelligence is to help laborers find jobs that can't be easier replaced, help start outreach programs for those displaced, and to educate them so they can't be replaced by artificial intelligence. These three things together will both reduce the number of people becoming unemployed and help those who are put out of work.
